🚚 Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time:
Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the United States. We currently do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Fee:

  • Standard Shipping (US Only): $4.99 flat rate

  • Free Shipping: On all orders over $50

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package in real time.

Incorrect Address:
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.

🔄 Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not satisfied, you can return eligible items under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility:

  • Must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product

  • Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as “final sale”

Return Process:

  1. Email us at info@snowshoe.site with your order number and reason for return

  2. We will provide a return authorization and address

  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, a full or partial refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
